Crumpets in my kind of way..

I just LOVE crumpets...for me it's all about their texture it's soft and porous. I would call them little "sponge cakes". Sooo I usually eat them with normal butter or with peanut butter but I got a little bit bored of it and went totally mad. Here it comes ...the recipe if you would like to taste them out (no quantities because it's all about your personal preferences):

Peanut butter and banana crumpets with a splash of cream and "passion blueberries":

Crumpets
Peanut butter 
Banana

Whipped cream 
Passion fruit
Blueberries
